Refund policy

This policy covers food and drink orders from Brooklyn's Finest Pizza at 1250 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10305, whether you ordered at the counter, by phone, or online at https://order.brooklynsfinestsi.com.

Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once the kitchen has started preparing it. If you need to cancel, call (718) 815-7070 right away. If preparation has not started, the shop will try to stop the order.

Problems with an order

If an order is wrong, missing something, or not what you expected, call the shop promptly at (718) 815-7070 while the food can still be checked. Waiting until the next day makes it harder to fix.

Refunds and credits

Refunds and credits are made at the restaurant's discretion. When a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. A credit for a future order may be offered instead when that is the simpler fix. Cash orders are handled at the shop.
