We do not publish a Christmas Eve schedule
Christmas Eve catering Staten Island assumes a kitchen that has already posted holiday hours and a Feast of the Seven Fishes menu. Brooklyn's Finest Pizza has not published either one on this site. There is no Christmas Eve page of hours, no holiday upcharge, and no seven-fish dinner in the menu. If your plan depends on us being open on December 24, call (718) 815-7070 and ask. Do not read the regular weekly schedule as a promise for a holiday.
The regular week, on ordinary days, is Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Christmas Eve can fall on any of those days, and the shop may change the close. This page will not guess which year you mean or which hours will stick. The phone call is the schedule.
The food that exists the rest of the year
If the shop confirms it can take the order, the food is the catering you can already read. Half trays serve 6–9 people. Full trays serve 10–15. Baked ziti, chicken parmigiana, eggplant rollatini, penne vodka, and salads are on the catering page. Heroes come in a 3-foot that serves 10 and a 6-foot that serves 20. See hero catering. Pies are the same pies as any other night: large cheese at $19.49 for 8 slices, plus Sicilian, grandma's, and the specialty list.
There is no printed Christmas lasagna, no special seafood platter, and no cookie tray on the menu. Do not add those to the order in your head. If you want fish, the menu has items such as shrimp scampi, linguine with clam sauce, and calamari on ordinary days. Ask whether those trays can be made for the date. A yes on a random Thursday is not a yes on Christmas Eve.
Pickup, delivery, and timing
Delivery, when we are open and the address qualifies, is within 4 miles of 1250 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10305. Checkout confirms it. Christmas Eve traffic is a reason to choose pickup and a real time, not a reason to assume a driver. Put the name on the order. Order earlier than you would on a normal Thursday. The catering special is a printed bundle for a crowd. It is not labeled a holiday package. Order it only if the shop says that bundle is available that day, and do not add a coupon.

Use the call first on a holiday. The app and the website send the regular menu. They do not know a one-day schedule that was never published.
Plan the meal you can actually pick up
Christmas Eve catering Staten Island is often seafood and a set menu. Ours, if the day is open, is pizza, heroes, and the trays on the catering list. Confirm those prices again when you order, and confirm the date by phone.

The parties page is for a group in the dining room, which is a separate question from a drop-off, and it has the same limit: call, because a holiday is not a normal Saturday. If we are closed, we will say so. This page would rather send you to the phone than invent a Christmas menu.
