Read the close before you drive
Late night food Staten Island usually means a kitchen that is still cooking after midnight, or at least after 11:00. Brooklyn's Finest Pizza is not that kitchen. The shop at 1250 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10305 closes at 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday and on Sunday. Friday and Saturday it closes at 10:30 PM. If you are searching at 11:30 PM, the honest answer is that we are closed. This page exists so the search does not turn into a wasted trip.
Sunday opening is 10:30 AM, and the other days open at 10:00 AM. Those hours are on the location page. They are the same hours as the rest of the site. Nothing in a blog post moves the close later.
What you can still get before close
Until those times, the full menu is the menu. A large cheese pie is $19.49 for 8 slices. A cheese slice is $2.99. Heroes, pasta, entrées, wings, and burgers are available on the same ticket. The dinner specials are a better fit for an evening meal than for a midnight one, because the room is shutting down on the clock above. Details are on the dinner page.
If you want food at home after we close, order early enough that delivery or pickup finishes first. Delivery is within 4 miles and checkout confirms the address. A driver is not a way around the close. Call (718) 815-7070 if you are twenty minutes out and need to know whether the kitchen can still take the order. Do not assume.
What we will not pretend
We do not list a bar, a late menu, or a different price after 9:00. There is no published late-night special. The specials page is NFL, weekend, and catering deals, and those flyers are not a midnight menu. Do not add a coupon to them. There is also no brunch or breakfast service that would make the other end of the night longer. The shop is a pizzeria with evening hours, not a 24-hour room.
Other Staten Island kitchens may be open later. We are not going to name them or guess their hours. Use their own sites. Use this one for ours.

If you can eat by 10:00 or 10:30, 1250 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10305 is open for pies, heroes, and plates. If you cannot, this is the wrong door, and the food page will not change that. Plan the hour first. Then decide if the menu is what you wanted.
An evening that still fits the clock is a normal dinner. Order a pie, a hero, or one of the dinner specials, and eat it in the dining room or take it home. Friday and Saturday buy you an extra half hour, not a second service. If you are feeding a game that runs long, order before kickoff runs into the close, and read the sports bar page so you do not expect screens or a bar. Wings and pies are the food. The hour is still 10:00 or 10:30.
